Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. At that point, the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier and is no longer under our control.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once the carrier has accepted the shipment and a tracking number has been generated.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you experience a delivery issue.
Please double check that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address and the address cannot be changed after your order is placed.
